While it is convention to pair the wine to the food, chef Enrique Limardo, of Baltimore's Alma Cocina Latina, has flipped this convension to create this innovative, other-worldly 10-course dinner inspired by the spectacular wines of Zuccardi Vineyards in Argentina.
