Alma Cocina Latina, Baltimore’s finest Venezuelan restaurant and winner of Baltimore Magazine’s Best Restaurant and Best Chef, is currently
seeking talented individuals to join our team.  A minimum of two to three years of fast paced, moderate to high volume fine dining experience is preferred. 

We currently looking for all Front of the House & Back of the House staff:

Back of the House

Pantry Chef

  • 3 years of experience minimum
  • Latin food experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of seafood, salads and desserts
  • Must be familiar with modern food/cooking techniques

Line Cook/Prep

  • 5 years of experience minimum
  • Latin food experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of butchery, meats and fish
  • Must be familiar with modern food/cooking techniques

Front of the House

Servers

  • 3 years of fast paced, moderate to high volume experience minimum
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Duties include describing menus items in full detail highlighting the ingredients as well as the significance to Venezuelan culture. In addition,  servers are in charge of overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction
  • Teamwork is a must, as we are a family
  • Latin food experience is a plus
  • Compensation: TBD
